Screening is required for my safety.

Please choose one of the following options:

• valid driver’s license or ID, showing full name

• screenshot of Linkedin Profile, minimum 200 connections

• 2 provider references + photo of self

• Preferred411 account

If none of these options are possible, there is only one other method:

• Ensure you are texting me off your real phone number (not a voIP or texting service/app)

• Provide me with your legal first and last name

• Provide a photo of yourself
